There's only one track I found on the compilations I have. It is a nice new folk song with gentle rhythm and some subtle flute and violin, with small string chamber/combo arrangements, incorporating further some extra instruments like guitar, clarinet, flute and piano.

CONCLUSION:

From these 4 tracks I can only conclude No Bueck-Hwa belonged to the cabaret-like expressive new folk scene that was rooted in the 30s. The songs don't stand out as easily compared to some other artists but still give really fine listens.

BIOGRAPHY:

1935년 태평레코드를 통해 데뷔했고, 박영호(朴英鎬) 작사, 이기영(李基英) 작곡의 "낙화삼천"(落花三千)을 출반하였다. 1936년에는 최남용(崔南鏞)과 듀엣으로 "뽕 따러 가세"를 냈으며, 그녀가 취입한 유행가 "못믿을 심사"(心思)·"어느 여자의 일기"는 일본 빅타음반에 전한다. 그녀가 취입한 유행가(流行歌) "애상"(哀想)·"일야몽"(一夜夢) 및 신민요(新民謠) "낙화삼천"·"콧노래"·"해금강타령"은 태평음반에 전한다. 고일심·고재덕·김영근·김칠성과 함께 "낙화 삼천" 등의 유행가와 민요를 방송하기 위해 경성방송국(京城放送局)에 출연했다. 빅타음반에 유행가 두 곡을 취입하였다.

In 1935, she made her debut through Taepyung Records and released Park Young-ho and Lee Ki-young's song "Nakhwa Samcheon".

In 1936, she sang "Garden Chae" as a duet with Choi Nam-yong. She wrote the popular song "Unbelievable Judgment" and "A Woman's Diary" ar the Japanese label Big Record.

Her popular songs "Flower", "Love", "Sundaydream" and Shin Min-yo, "Nakwha Samcheon", "Hot Song" and "Haegeumgangtaling" are recorded at Taepyung Record. In addition to Ko Il-sim, Go Jae-deok, Kim Young-geun, and Kim Chil-sung, she appeared on Kyungsung Broadcasting Station to broadcast popular songs and folk songs such as "Sanku Nakcheon". On LP, two songs were collected.
